You pick a time — or just write
Nothing to prepare. No spec, no wish list, no homework — just come as you are.
Twenty minutes on how your week runs
Phones, paperwork, scheduling, follow-ups. We ask the questions; you don’t need the vocabulary.
You get the Report, then you decide
Your week written up in plain English, free either way. If there’s a fit, a proposal comes with it — fixed price, up front. If there isn’t, we’ll tell you that too.
What the call actually covers
Twenty minutes, by phone or video, about your week — not a demo and not a slide deck. We ask questions: what the phone is like on a Monday, where the paperwork piles up, which follow-ups keep slipping through. You don’t need the vocabulary for any of it. If you can describe a normal week to a new hire, you can describe it to us.
Nothing to bring
There’s no homework before the call and no spec to write first. You don’t need numbers ready, you don’t need to already know what AI would even mean for a business like yours, and you don’t need to have decided anything — that’s what the call is for. Come as you are; the questions do the rest.
Who’s on the other end
Brian, directly — the same person who takes the call, writes the Report, and builds whatever comes after it if you decide to go ahead. There’s no account manager taking notes to hand off later, and no sales rep whose only job is getting you on the calendar.
What you walk away with
At least one idea you can use, whether or not you ever hire us. A few hours after you hang up, the AI Opportunity Report follows — every time-leak from the call, ranked by what it’s worth fixing, in plain English. If there’s something worth building, a fixed-price proposal comes with it. If there isn’t, the Report says that instead, and it’s still yours to keep.
If you’d rather write
Everything above holds for the message form too, just on your own schedule. Describe your week in a few sentences and you’ll get a straight answer back the same day, usually within a few hours — straight from Brian, not a ticket queue or a form that just confirms it was received.
