Privacy Policy

What we collect

One thing: whatever you put in the message form on the contact page. That is five fields, and three of them are optional:

• The kind of business you run — optional, picked from a list
• Your answer to “what takes up the most time in your week?”
• Your name and email address — required, so we can reply
• Your phone number — optional

There is no account to create, no password, and nothing stored on your device.

Where it goes

Your message is emailed straight to Brian Recuero at brian@briguytech.com. It travels through Resend, the service that delivers the mail. Nobody else receives it.

We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone. Sending a message does not sign you up for anything — there is no mailing list to be added to.

Two things that happen behind the scenes

Spam control. When a message arrives, the address it came from is held in memory for an hour so that a single machine can’t flood the inbox. It isn’t attached to your message and isn’t kept after that.

Delivery failures. If the email can’t be sent — or if a message trips the spam filter — your name, email, phone, business type and the first 80 characters of what you wrote are written to our server log, so a real message is never silently lost. Those logs sit with our host, Vercel.

Booking a call

The scheduler on the contact page is Calendly. Anything you type into it goes to Calendly rather than to us — we get the confirmation by email like you do. Because the scheduler loads from Calendly’s servers, they can see your IP address and may set cookies inside that part of the page. Their privacy notice governs all of it.

If you’d rather not load it at all, the message form reaches the same inbox, or you can just email brian@briguytech.com directly.

What this site doesn’t do

This is the part most policies bury, so here it is plainly. This site runs:

• No analytics — we don’t know who visits or what they read
• No advertising pixels, no tag manager, no session recording
• No cookies of our own, on any page
• No third-party fonts — the typefaces are served from this domain, so no font provider sees your visit

Apart from the scheduler described above, nothing on this site talks to anyone but us.

How long we keep it

Your message stays in Brian’s inbox the way any email does, until it’s deleted. Resend and Vercel keep their own delivery and server logs under their own retention schedules, linked above.

Getting your information removed

Email brian@briguytech.com and ask. That is the whole process — there is no form and no account to close. You can also ask what we hold, and you’ll get a straight answer the same day.

Children

This is a site for business owners. It isn’t directed at children and we don’t knowingly collect anything from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. There is no version history to dig through — what you see here is what applies.
