Terms of Use
Short version: this site tells you what we do. It isn’t a contract, and nothing here commits either of us to anything. Actual work runs on a separate agreement we both sign.

Who you’re dealing with
briguytech.com is operated by Briguy Tech LLC. Run from New York · Serving businesses nationwide. The only contact channels are the contact page and brian@briguytech.com.
What’s on this site
Descriptions of services, and examples of the kind of result they aim at. They are not quotes, offers, or promises about your business.
The sample report on the homepage is labelled Sample — three-bay auto shop, 6 staff because that is exactly what it is: an illustration built from invented figures, not a record of a real client. Read it as a shape, not a forecast. What an actual engagement would recover depends entirely on your operation, and the only honest way to find out is to talk.
Booking a call doesn’t buy anything
The free call is a conversation. Sending a message or booking a slot creates no obligation on either side — you don’t owe us anything, and we haven’t agreed to build you anything.
Paid work runs on a separate agreement
If we work together, the terms that matter — scope, price, timeline, who owns what, confidentiality, support — live in a written agreement signed by both of us. That document governs the engagement. Nothing on this page changes it, and if the two ever disagree, the signed agreement wins.
Using the site
Read it, share it, quote it. Don’t try to break it, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for anyone else, or use it to send anything unlawful through the contact form. The words, design and code are ours; the brand marks are ours.
Links out
The scheduler is Calendly, and a few links here point at other companies’ policies. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for them. The privacy policy sets out what the scheduler receives.
No warranty
We keep this site accurate and available, but we can’t promise it is error-free or never down. It’s provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Briguy Tech LLC isn’t liable for loss arising from using it — which is a lawyer’s way of saying: don’t make a business decision on a web page alone. Talk to us first.
Changes
These terms can change; the date at the top changes with them. Continuing to use the site means the current version applies.
